If you enable iCloud sync, your data is handled by Apple’s iCloud services under your Apple ID.

Checkon is not responsible for iCloud availability, sync delays, or data loss caused by Apple system services.

4) Notifications & Automation

Checkon may send notifications based on your settings, schedules, or location-based triggers.

You are responsible for reviewing and managing notification permissions through your device settings.

5) Subscriptions & Free Trials

Checkon may offer subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Pricing, free trials, renewal terms, and cancellation options are clearly shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be changed or canceled in your App Store account settings.

6) Availability & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the app or comply with platform requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app.

7) No Guarantees

Checkon is provided “as is”.

While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee that reminders, schedules, or automations will always function without interruption or error.

8) Limitation of Liability

Checkon is not responsible for missed tasks, reminders, deadlines, or any consequences resulting from reliance on the app.

9) Intellectual Property

The Checkon app, including its design, branding, and code, is protected intellectual property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app without permission.

10) Termination

You may stop using Checkon at any time by uninstalling the app.

We reserve the right to restrict access if the app is misused or used unlawfully.
