How to Order

1. Upload your photos:

   • Please provide a full face photo (front view).

   • If you send a half-body photo, also provide a picture showing the lower body.

   • Avoid uploading branded items, logos, or inappropriate photos (orders with these may be cancelled by the platform).

2. Select your quantity:

   • Dolls are charged per person.

   • Example: For a couple’s doll, choose a quantity of 2. For a family of 3, choose 3, and so on.

3. Place your order and then contact us to share your customization details (clothing, pose, accessories, etc.).

4. We’ll sculpt your doll by hand and ship it directly to your door.

Important Notes

• If we cannot reach you for more than 5 days, our artists will proceed using only the photos you provided.

• Since each doll is custom handmade, please understand that returns and exchanges are not supported unless the product arrives damaged.
